This is an important and wide ranging consulation covering quality structures and processes in retrofit - not just consumer complaints.  The first button links to the government page for the "Reforming Consumer Protection for Home Upgrade Schemes: Consulation".  The second button takes you to the AECL page on this consultation.  This is outside of the MNZH pages as the content relating to the consulation is that of AECL - not MNZH.  Consultation closes September 10th 2026.
