This is a link to the website of the Building Performance Network. Their website has lots of BPE materials for anybody looking deeply into BPE. See especially their 'Resource Hub' page.
This is a link to a RISE Masterclass video "Measuring your retrofit performance with data". This is a good (35min) presentation, but it is more 'about' monitoring than a 'how to'.

The first button is a link to the SHAP website where you can access all of their 'Retrofit Success' Guides. You can download thier "Retrofit Evaluation and Improvement" guide from this website with the 2nd button. This is a great document - but high level. Really good for thinking about evaluation and improvement. What it does not contain is any 'practical' help, such as 'tools', templates or examples.
